In the past four years I have worked with couples from different backgrounds and in different stages of love and life: polyamorous relationships, same sex relationships, through conscious divorce and regaining sexual intimacy, to name a few. What has become obvious in these past years is how no matter where you are in your relationship, how long you’ve been together or how connected you feel… relationships, all of them, take constant showing up and working through the conflict to really take advantage of the healing partnership of love.

When we chose to go IN, and have the structure that provides safety to do so, we can transform ourselves, and grow our relationships. If we don’t have the safety, the effective communication, the conflict resolution skills and the commitment to keep showing up… then the walls come up, the resentment builds up and the distance keeps growing bigger.

In this 8-week transformation journey we will guide you through the main topics all relationships face:

our roles in the relationship,
plus unique 1:1 confidential sessions designed to support you individually,
with relationship & intimacy coach Tom Wilson.

Couples who felt disconnected and shallow… who got along just fine, but never went any deeper. We have worked together to first find out what depth meant to each of them, finding the blocks and patterns that were preventing them from going deeper, and finding ways in which they could reignite the curiosity, bring novelty and connect in a satisfying and thrilling way.
Couples who have a history of sexual trauma, and/or abuse, and struggle to find ease in their sexual intimacy, often feeling awkward and confused. We have worked towards understanding the effects the trauma has on both people within the relationship and facilitating (and learning) new ways of communicating that feel respectful, and empathic. Having an open dialogue in which all the feelings can flow easily and provide emotional intimacy.
Couples who find themselves in very defined relationship dynamics of push & pull, dysfunctional communication, and not feeling emotionally or mentally safe to be fully themselves. We have worked on identifying the fears and the needs that polarise the safety mechanisms, improving communication, helping each partner to feel fully seen and heard in their truths, re-committing to being a team and creating consistent safety so the walls can be put down and the real connection can come in.
Couples who loved each other deeply, have been together for a lifetime and simply crave feeling closer together, and wonder what is their next step in their relationship. We take time to celebrate the wins, reflect on what journey they have been and to reconnect with their personal desires and their mutual relationship goals where the growth is at.

In all these years I have learnt from experience that it is best to work in a solid committed container where the relationship takes priority, once a week for our sessions, and during the week to create conscious change.

The 8-week journey includes:

5 Couple’s Sessions (75 minutes each)
3 Individual Sessions (60 minutes each): 6 in total.
Email with notes & things to focus on during the week, after each session.
